EcoPlanet Bamboo Southern Africa is a bamboo plantation subsidiary of EcoPlanet Bamboo Group. The company owns and operates the Kowie Bamboo Farm in South Africa's Eastern Cape.

EcoPlanet's Kowie Bamboo Farm represents the first successful commercial bamboo plantation in South Africa and has set the platform for bamboo to become a viable commercial tree free, deforestation free fiber for the country.

EcoPlanet Bamboo Group is the largest owner and operator of bamboo plantations globally with additional operations in Nicaragua, Ghana & the Philippines and Rwanda.
